1月7日 Sorry for the furlowToday is the first real day I feel well, so it's back to the treadmill. The illness taught me something though...On day one I ate 6 crackers, a popsicle and a jello, on day two I had a whole wheat bagel and a lite grill cheese. Day three I actually started to eat normally for the plan and found that I really wasn't that hungry. Please don't try the intestinal virus diet you won't like it! However the point is I discovered that you don't have to be shoving food in your mouth all day long to survive. My husband is feeling lots better also and is happily snacking on mandarin oranges, one of his favorites! I have lost 6 pounds. I wish I could credit my hard work?
